VfB’s duel this Friday against the table eighth is the first game during Corona alert level II. Stricter regulations apply.

Stuttgart – The home game of VfB Stuttgart against FSV Mainz 05 is not only explosive from a sporting point of view. It is also the first batch for which the provisions of the Corona Alert Level II apply. Therefore only 25,000 fans are allowed. How many viewers will actually come this Friday (8.30 p.m.) is open. VfB has sold 26,000 tickets. For the first time, only those who have been vaccinated or recovered are allowed into the Mercedes-Benz Arena, but who also need a daily corona test. Since there will be no test facilities at the stadium, VfB asks all fans to bring the certificate of their negative test to the game (either digitally or printed out). A rapid antigen test must not be older than 24 hours, a PCR test not older than 48 hours. Self-tests are not accepted.

There are fixed time windows for access to the individual blocks of the stadium. VfB has informed the fans about who can access the arena and when.

Before and during the game, it is mandatory to wear a mask around and in the stadium, including at your own place.
